The neighborhood where we live is considered one of the most desirable areas in Philadelphia. It’s lovely!
Each private room is equipped with a desk, desk chair, desk lamp, and internet access—just what you need to focus!
Exploring the neighborhood is fun when you have a friend to share the experience!
Sometimes you just want to unwind with Lyn or Tim.
All of your breakfasts are provided, along with two delicious, fresh, and nutritious meals per week cooked by Lyn and enjoyed “family style” in the Newbrander dining room.
